Data Choices

Glottie includes direct controls for the most important privacy choices. For other requests, contact us; we may need to verify that the account is yours.

Available requests

• Leave the launch waitlist using the unsubscribe link in a waitlist email, or ask us to remove the waitlist record associated with your email address.
• Access a copy of personal information associated with your account.
• Correct account settings or support-language preferences.
• Remove individual tutor memories in Settings.
• Withdraw permission for voice and AI processing in Settings. This prevents new conversations.
• Permanently delete your account and account-linked learning data in Settings without contacting support.
• Ask questions about app privacy labels or App Store data practices.

How to make a request

For access, correction, or export, email privacy@glottie.app with the subject “Glottie data request.” Include the request type and enough information for us to locate and verify your account. Never send your Apple password or payment-card details.

Launch waitlist

The waitlist is only for saving your place and announcing Glottie’s App Store launch. Use the unsubscribe link in either waitlist email to leave immediately. You can also email privacy@glottie.app from the address you joined with and ask us to delete the record.

Account deletion

Open Glottie and choose Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. After you confirm, Glottie removes your profile, assessments, conversations, progress, tutor memories, remaining minutes, and active Glottie credentials. This action cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting Glottie account data does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Operational diagnostics

Glottie uses privacy-limited crash, app-hang, release, and performance diagnostics to keep the app reliable. This monitoring is configured not to send lesson audio, transcripts, screenshots, view hierarchies, network breadcrumbs, default personal information, or retained IP addresses.
