For launch review, this page gives App Store users a public support destination for account, billing, privacy, and product questions.

Subscriptions and minutes

Glottie subscriptions and booster minutes are handled through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Apple account settings. If minutes, receipts, or entitlements do not look right in the app, contact support and include your Apple receipt date, approximate purchase time, and the email you use for support.

Privacy and data

For account deletion, learner memory deletion, personal data access, or export requests, email privacy@glottie.app or review Data choices.

Service status

If voice sessions are not connecting, check that microphone permission is enabled, your network is stable, and the app is updated. If the problem continues, contact support with your app version, device model, and approximate time of the failed session.
