Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Glottie. They are staged for launch review and should be reviewed by counsel before broad production release.

Using Glottie

Glottie provides AI-assisted language practice and learning feedback. It is not a substitute for professional translation, legal, medical, immigration, or emergency advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under it. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass metering, interfere with security controls, or use Glottie to generate harmful, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions, trials, and booster minutes are purchased through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account settings.

AI output and learning feedback

AI-generated tutoring, corrections, translations, levels, and progress estimates may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.

Intellectual property

Glottie, its app design, branding, software, and content are owned by Glottie or its licensors. You retain rights you have in your own content, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate and improve the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Glottie at any time.
